• Purchase Data: Transaction references from Etsy (Note: we do not collect or store your payment card details; these are handled entirely by Etsy).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect exclusively to:

• Process your property notes and photos to generate listing copy, emails, and social media scripts.
• Deliver the generated text outputs directly to your nominated email inbox.
• Provide customer support regarding your Access Pass or generated outputs.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

To operate Estate Copy AI, we utilize industry-leading third-party services. By using our tool, you acknowledge that your data is processed through the following secure infrastructure:

• Tally.so: Used to securely host our submission portal and capture your property data.
• OpenAI: Your property notes and photos are transmitted via API to OpenAI for text generation. Crucially, data transmitted via this API is not used to train OpenAI's public models.
• Make.com: Used as the secure automation bridge to connect your Tally submissions to the AI engine and dispatch your final email.

4. Data Retention

We do not hoard your data. Property photos, notes, and generated text are stored temporarily for the strict purpose of completing your generation request and providing short-term support. We routinely purge submitted property media and raw notes from our operational servers after 30 days.

5. Your Data Rights (UK GDPR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request that we correct any inaccurate data.
• Request the deletion of your personal data from our active systems.
