By accessing and using Estate Copy AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

1. Service Description

Estate Copy AI provides artificial intelligence-assisted copywriting tools designed for real estate professionals. By providing raw property details and photographs, the Service generates draft property listings, email templates, and social media scripts. You acknowledge that the Service is a productivity aid and not a substitute for human editorial oversight.

2. User Responsibilities & Verification (Important)

You are solely responsible for the final publication of any content generated by Estate Copy AI.

• Artificial Intelligence systems can occasionally misinterpret visual data or fabricate details (a phenomenon known as "hallucination").
• It is your strict responsibility as the real estate agent/broker to review, fact-check, edit, and verify the accuracy of all generated text before publishing it to property portals (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla), your website, or marketing channels.
• You must ensure that the generated copy complies with all applicable property misdescription laws and advertising standards.

3. Prohibited Uses

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload sensitive personal data (e.g., financial documents, identification cards, or private vendor communications) into the generation portal.
• Upload copyrighted photographs or floorplans for which you do not hold the appropriate licence or ownership rights.
• Share your team's secure Access Pass password on public forums or with competing agencies outside of your immediate branch network.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon generation, Estate Copy AI grants you a perpetual, commercial licence to use, modify, and publish the generated text outputs. You retain all ownership rights to the original raw notes and photographs you upload. We retain all intellectual property rights to the Estate Copy AI brand, website, and backend automation architecture.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estate Copy AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. We bear no liability for financial losses, legal claims from property buyers/vendors, or regulatory fines arising from inaccurate property descriptions published by you.

6. Payments, Refunds & Access Passes

Access Passes are sold via Etsy. Due to the digital and instant-access nature of the Access Pass credentials, all sales are considered final once the password has been distributed and utilized, waiving standard digital cooling-off periods unless the service is proven fundamentally defective. We reserve the right to revoke Access Passes if a branch is found to be abusing the system's fair-use capacity.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
